January is Cold and Boring I've Decided...

...You are almost 5mo here, and you love touching different textures. Here, you are playing with the blankie that your great grandma - Nanny got you. You love feeling the dots on one side and the softness on the other...

...The "Jumparoo" is where you absolutely love spending your time. You are getting so good at it, and you can jump really high. You're also getting really good at playing with all the lil gadgets in front of you too...

...We brought your rocker out into the livingroom. You love it when Daddy rocks you in it. You are almost asleep here...

...You also are sitting up by yourself now. (Almost all the time)
I just depends on the mood you are in, but you are getting really good at it..

1/19/07: You weighed in at 18lb 3oz today...WOW!!! You aren't even 5 months yet. You will be in 3 days though...

Teething Week...

This week has been full of ups and downs with you...you have been drooling everywhere, chewing anything you can get your mouth on, not sleeping, and a bit cranky...on January 2nd we discovered your two bottom teeth popping through your gums...you were teething, of course!

There were many sleepless days and nights...on Wednesday, Daddy came home from Awana and helped Mommy by rocking you to sleep and singing to you...

And there they are...a little hard to see...but there just the same...you still want to chomp on everything, including Mom and Dad's hands, but those pearly whites are sharp, so it doesn't feel so good anymore!!! OUCH!!!

Now that they are through your gums, you are much happier, playful, and back to your old self. You are such a good boy! You love playing around with your new teeth!!! Love - Mommy :)

Isaiah: Daddy and I just wanted to update you on what is going on with you this week...It has been an eventful week for you...You started on solid foods, and today we discovered that your two bottom teeth are coming through. They are so cute. You are soon to look like a little Jack-O-Lantern. You are getting to be such a big boy! We love you so much Honey - Mommy :)
