Alumni Game A Success...

...Dad was very happy that you were there to see the game. Too bad you were asleep for most of it...oh well, maybe next year!

...Here we all are after the game. It was a close game at 81 to 56 - Alumni. Just kiddin, but your Dad wanted to keep it within 30, so the game was a success...

...Here are the two men and the little man after the game... You are either asleep here, or trying to decide what to order off Dad's Chinese menu on his right arm...

...You hung out for part of the game with Cedric and Joey Samples. They thought you were so cute. "Big Isaiah" is watchin over to make sure you are well taken care of...

...All the kids couldn't stay away from Daddy, even on the bench. Kelsey and Katie Brown and Deshawn Samples...

...Dawn Seggerman then took you for another part of the game...You were so happy with her...you were laughing and cooing and smiling at her. Her son Isaac was loving playing with you too...

One of Mom's college friend's, Amy Warner, was there too. It has been since last year at the Alunmi Game that I saw her. I wasn't even pregnant yet at that time. Kinda a trip really...She is so great, and you are gonna grow up knowing her cuz she's a good one...

..We carved pumpkins last night, and Isaiah's turned out pretty good...

...Isaiah likes to go everywhere w/ Mommy when Daddy is at work. Even if it means hangin' out in the bathroom sink while I brush my teeth...I think he's waving here!

...I have to stick Isaiah on his changing table when I change is crib sheet...along with that I take out all the stuffed animals in his crib too...this day I put them all around him...it kinda reminded me of E.T., so we had to document that...

Two Months Old and Lovin' It...

I am such a happy baby...I only cry when I'm hungry...as you can see Mom and Dad respond well to those cries...

Sometimes I just like hangin' out at the house...especially on these cool fall days...

And other times I get real sick of Mom trying to get "just the right pose..."

So when I get too fed up with her I just stick out my tongue and she usually stops...haha!

Mr. Isaiah had his two month Dr. appt. yeserday, and it went very well...Dr. Montee was very impressed with how alert he is, and how well he responds to people.

Baby Boy weighed in at a whoppin' 13lb 4.5oz, and is 24.25"long. What does that mean? He is in the 83rd percentile for his weight and the 90th percentile for his height. As you can imagine, this makes Daddy and his sports dreams for baby Isaiah very happy!

So what all is Isaiah doing now? He is a very active boy. He is starting to discover his hands and feet (but mostly his feet). He is cooing like crazy. He smiles most of the time he is awake, he is holding his head up on his own 90% of the time, he constantly kicks his legs and flales his arms, and his newest thing is mimicing back to Jebron and I. We will say, "Ahhh goo...," and he will come back with "Ahhh goo..." We are quite proud of that since he isn't supposed to be doing that for another couple months.

He fits in the baby backpack now, so it makes short walks and working a lot easier. He loves playing in his exersaucer. It is funny though because although he is very strong and can sit in it all by himself, his arms aren't long enough to quite reach the toys. I do the toys for him because he really gets frustrated with that.

Another thing Jebron and I are very proud of is that Isaiah is starting to really get strong in the legs. He can stand with a lot of guidance and help sometimes, then very little guidance and help and other times. This makes it a whole lot easier to dress him. When he is trying to stand he will bend his knees and act like he's about to take a giant leap. He really thinks he's a big boy with the whole standing thing...

Jebron will be playing in the Alumni Basketball game this weekend at EOU, so we will take pics of father and son and post those asap. They should be cute. After yesterday's Dr. appt, Jebron keeps telling Isaiah he's in the 150th percentile for his cuteness. I think he's right!!!

Jebron's friends from college (Jason and Mahina) came to see us. They now live in Tracy, Calif., so the visits are far and few between...

Isaiah loves hangin' out with his Tiger Toy Nana got him. I think he likes touching his soft fur and staring at his colorful face.

That's right...Isaiah has his very own punkin this year...Is he spoiled or what???

A little update on Isaiah...he is huge. We have our two month doctor visit on Oct. 24th, and we'll see how much he weighs then. From what our scales say, he is about 12lbs. He is very smart and alert. People who see him comment that he is very strong, and most think he is anywhere from 4-6mo. old...He's a big guy.

He is smiling and cooing a lot, pretty much whenever he is awake. He loves to try and stand up in our laps, and we can see and feel his legs getting stronger each time he does. He loves to watch his Baby Einstein video too. He watches that once a day, and he is getting to the point now where he can predict it...Very cute to watch. He definitely knows his Mom and Dad by their voices and faces now too. We love that. What a good baby he is too. We are so blessed!

OUR FAMILY VISITED THE PUMPKIN PATCH TODAY JUST OUTSIDE OF LA GRANDE. IT WAS A LOT OF FUN. WE TOOK ISAIAH IN HIS PUNKIN OUTFIT THAT JOYCE MILLNER GOT HIM. HE LOOKED SO CUTE...WE ALSO PUT HIM IN HIS PEA POD OUTFIT THAT HE WILL BE SPORTING ON HALLOWEEN TO SNAP A FEW SHOTS. HIS COUSINS DALLAS AND EMMA WENT WITH US. SO DID HIS NANA AND THE NEIGHBORS...IT WAS A REALLY GOOD TIME, AND A NICE WARM AND SUNNY DAY. HOPE YOU ALL ENJOY SOME OF OUR FAVORITE PICTURES OF THE DAY!
